I love Claire.  That said, this was not the best book in this series.  I was just so happy to see a new one I didn’t care

Kushiel’s Justice by Jaqueline Carey

Another disappointing entry in the post-Phaedra Kushiel books.  The new lead just isn’t as interesting, or as layered.  She tried to make him that way, but something is lost.  This one WAS better then ‘Scion’, but, well, that doesn’t take much.
